I’m sure this game is good but I had to return it since it is a DVD not CD…I don’t have a DVD on my computer!

Encore Games are The worst new games on the market. I have three, Hoyle Cards Games,Hoyle Casino, and Hoyle Board & Puzzle Games. All have very bad flaws and if you try to contact Encore about them you will not get any answers. Save your money and purchase something else.

After installing the program, I was not interested in the new games that
they had added, I should have saved my money.

I think HOYLE has lost it this time – I find it difficult to play the games – they make the moves for you and will NOT allow you to do differently – sound effets on some games are annoying to the max and the only way to get rid of them is to get rid of the sound. – I have purchased this 2 (two) times hoping that that it was just me or my computer. I have gone back to using a Hoyle disc about 5 yearas old. Do NOT care for the “special” games

We have Hoyle Table Games 2004 and mostly I play Yacht (Yahtzee), Gravity Tiles or a weird and complex word game called Double Cross. We bought this 2009 version because my son (who has his own computer) kept pinching my disc. So, he has the new one and I have the old one.
There are a lot more games on the new one, but nothing really spectacular. It’s as if they just fished around to come up with quantity over quality. My son doesn’t even play it any longer. I realize different people will have different tastes, but for us all the new stuff was just excessive and useless.
